The electroplating process of electrochemical polishing with preliminary galvanic electrochemical degreasing provides anodic treatment of the surface of parts of decorative cornices for curtains under the influence of electric current in galvanic baths, where the part acts as the anode, and cathodes made of stainless steel or lead act as the cathode. As a result of galvanic treatment, the surface of the parts of decorative curtain rods acquires a mirror-like decorative shine. At the same time, the mechanical properties of the surface of the processed metal, in particular, hardness, strength characteristics, do not increase after galvanic treatment and remain unchanged.
