Dryers
The dryers are used to dry the parts with hot air after passing through the wet operations of the bath part of the line.
The actual drying of the parts takes place in the working space of the dryer. Hot air is used for drying, circulating through circulatory fans through electric heaters (hot water or gas register). The dryer itself is made of self-supporting insulated panels assembled with each other. Supporting legs are placed at the bottom. The drying area is equipped with beds at the inlet / outlet opening to establish a suspender with goods. A temperature sensor and temperature limiter are installed in the wall. The sides of the chamber contain an air distribution systém with elements for regulating and routing air flow.
The inlet / outlet opening is designed as a closing lid and as standard it is equipped with an automatic closing lid (pneumatically or electrically operated). When operating, air from the hall space is suctioned to the drying area by a suspender hole. Control and management is solved using the line control system.
