Line duration: 11 minutes Driving type: Automatic The technological environment of this project contains two lines. Line No. 1 is used for plating with an alkaline zinc coating and a zinc-nickel alloy coating. The line is designed for the investor's production in the form of mass plating in drum aggregates. Line No. 2 is used for plating with alkaline zinc coating and nickel coating. The line is designed for investor cooperation. Hanging goods are plated with zinc. Goods on hinges and in drum aggregates are plated with nickel. Line No. 1 is designed as a two-row. The input of the line is located in one row and the output of the line is in the second row. The entrance to the line is formed by a tipping device that dumps the goods from the transport boxes into the drum unit. At the end of the second row, there is a special device that enables automated dumping of the goods from the drum aggregates into the centrifuge baskets. Operator interaction is only when opening and closing the drum. The baskets go through a drying process in centrifuges and then dumped into transport boxes. The transfer of goods through the line is ensured by means of suspended manipulators. Transport between the individual rows of the line is solved by a rinsing tank at the end of the line, on the edge of the tank is placed a transport trolley. The second transfer cart is near the entrance and exit. This is dry transportation. Line No. 2 is designed as a two-row. The entrance and exit of hanging goods is located in the first row. The input of the drum aggregates is in the first row of the line and the output is in the second row. Entry and exit from the line is hung/filled manually by the operator. The transfer of goods through the line is ensured by means of suspended manipulators. Transport between the individual rows of the line is solved by a rinsing tank at the end of the line, on the edge of the tank is placed a transport trolley. The second transfer cart is near the entrance and exit. This is dry transportation.

The automatic line for chemical nickel plating is designed for chemical plating with a nickel coating. The chemical nickel plating process produces very hard, abrasion-resistant, low-phosphorus, lead- and cadmium-free coatings. The automatic galvanic line is designed as a single-row reversible. The entry and exit of goods into the line is on one side. The transfer of goods through the line is ensured by means of an overhead manipulator. The technological procedure is followed by the schedule of the manipulator, and the necessary program is selected by the operator on the panel located at the entrance of the line. Behind the line and on the sides are the necessary accessories for the operation of the entire technology.
